Development and Application of Keeping Warm Fibers
There are two types of keeping warm fibers: one is tried to keep the heat of fiber; another is to use a method of obtaining the heat of fiber.  The heat keeping performance is affected by some factors such as fiber material, yarn structure, fabric construction , weaving construction and after-finishing and so on, when achieving warm effects through fiber material and yarn, the heat-keeping performance is related to the rate of air containing, skin touch feeling, heat of sorption  and  far-infrared radiation and so on. Fiber and yarn contain much air, and the insulation effect is better.
 
¡ô Heating & Keeping Warm  Fiber - Thermotron
The heating and keeping warm fiber - Thermotron is a type of heat accumulation moisture fiber that produced by£¨Unitika£©Fibers Company. It is able to absorb sunlight (visible light) and convert the light energy into heat energy; meanwhile, it also has a function of far infrared reflection. Through ¡¯absorption, thermal conversion¡¯ and ¡¯the mechanism of heat-reflective¡¯, it makes the human body require for a comfortable warm temperature. Each root "Thermotron" single-fiber core ministries have tiny particles of zirconium carbide; it generates heat under the action of heat in the sun and reflects the longer-wavelength far-infrared, makes the inner clothing become warm. The heat accumulation and heat preservation polyester fiber is a type of heat accumulation and keeping warm polyester fiber material developed by Kanebo Synthetic Co., Ltd.. Using far-infrared absorption materials evenly penetrated to the internal of fiber molecules (amorphous area) technology to increase the absorption rate of external infrared light. Thermolite series of fiber is a type of polyester hollow fiber that derived from the research of Polar bear fur. It has better wicking function, the fineness is similar to cotton fiber, and has the same hollow structure as Polar bear fur. In the case of the same fabric thickness, such fabric has better thermal effects. Using the hollow fiber design of Thermolite can store a large number of isolated airs and maintain the temperature. Thermolite is able to quickly and naturally discharge the moisture and evaporate it to the surface of fabric to keep warm. It is the best choice for lightness and warm material.
