Abstract    To spin twistless yarn with soluble vinylon fiber used in high grade towel£¬according to property of soluble vinylon fiber£¬a series of technology measures were adopted in each process. In picking process£¬more open less beating£¬lap evenness and lap sticky problem should be resolved well£¬carding should be enough£¬broken web problem should be resolved well. Draft distribution should be set rationally. Rubber false twister should be adopted to strengthen false twisting effect. Lower speed and rational ring traveler should be adopted in spinning process£¬broken ends rate should be reduced. Winding tension should be set rationally in winding and doubling process. Lower speed and twist ratio should be adopted in twist process. Temperature and humidity should be controlled strictly£¬finally V 7.4 tex +C 27.8 tex ply could be produced successfully and twistless yarn quality demands of high grade towel could be satisfied.
