Abstract    In order to produce higher density product with larger sizing covering coefficient in single size box sizing machine£¬CD-DF818 size mixture was used to sizing pure cotton£¬ramie etc product£¬then contrasted to original PVA sizing mixture. Practice shows that sizing is evenness£¬covering is fixing£¬hairiness could be reduced effectively. Loom efficiency could be increased five to ten percentage points£¬sizing cost could be reduced 7% to 14% when using CD-DF818 and KS-36 acrylic to replace PVA partially.
