In order to ensure the continuous improvement of the quality management system of China Cotton Textile Technology Information Center (CCTTI), improving the product quality and service level, from Nov. 28 to Nov. 30 in 2007, China Quality Mark Certification Group (CQM) Shannxi Company Ltd. analyzed and judged for the second time for the operational situation of the quality management system of China Cotton Textile Technology Information Center. According to the procedure of examination and verification, the group of examination and verification proceeded the first time conference, on the spot audit, top management communication and the last meeting, evaluating the operational situation of quality management system of CCTTI for four years, the operation activity of the quality management system in 2007 which is the emphasis was analyzed and judged. After inspection, it is unanimously agreed that the quality management system of our institute is scientific, rational and meet the criterion and meets the IS9001: 2000 standard, the operation of the system is very effective and has the ability to meet the regulations and continuous improvement.

 

Before examination and verification and in the process of examination and verification, every section overcame the difficulty, properly arranged the working hours, coordinated with examination and verification work actively. The pass of the examination and verification work proved that CCTTI have obtained a rich harvest for carrying out the quality management system in the past four years. The quality management concept deeply into rooted in the hearts of the staff, and the staff of CCTTI carried out the standard of IS9001: 2000 system actively in the process of work. With the operation of the quality management system, the enterprises management becomes standardized and scientific and the customer satisfaction has been improved with the good-quality goods and service.

 

With the external audit of quality management system, China Cotton Textile Technology Information Center improved its enterprise reputation, perfected the management and service standard of CCTI, strengthened the service consciousness and increased the product quality.
